Self catering Weymouth Dorset

1. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival full price becomes payable. We only accept payment in pounds sterling.

2. No more than the number of persons stated are permitted in each apartment.

3. Accommodation is available for occupation at 3PM on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11AM on the day of departure.

4. Pets are allowed in The Garden Apartment and The Annex Apartment.

5. There is a strict no smoking policy in the main house and annex, however we offer a comfortable outside smoking area.

6. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse the proprietors as a result of any breakage or damage in or to the property which is caused by you, any members of your party or any other persons invited into the property by you.  Any damages will be charged at repair\replacement cost.
